With MCM Comic Con London now firmly in the rearview mirror we look to the next anime, manga and game filled event and that’s Christmas. Publishers and distributors have been working hard to pump out as much content as they can in the run up to Xmas and we’ll start seeing some really jam packed weeks ahead. For now though enjoy a manageable selection of anime, manga and games.
We begin the week with All the Anime who bring is Gundam Reconguista in G complete box set Blu-ray and Project Itoh: Harmony Steelbook Collector’s Edition Blu-ray & DVD combi pack and a Standard Edition DVD. Photo Kano Collection comes to Blu-ray and DVD from MVM Entertainment.
In the world of manga Yen Press are releasing Spice and Wolf Anniversary Collector’s Edition in the UK after a bit of miss information regarding what turned out to be a US-only release. So UK fans you can now pick it up this week. For the most part this week Seven Seas Entertainment dominate the world of physical manga with titles such as A Certain Scientific Accelerator, Golden Time and Magical Girl Apocalypse.
A very exciting week of games ahead and first up is Sword Art Online: Hollow Realization which is coming to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita from Bandai Namco Entertainment. After how much we loved Sword Art Online: Lost Song we really can’t wait to drop an unhealthy amount of time in this game. The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel II comes to PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita from NIS America.
