Easter is now firmly behind us, although the chocolate eggs may not be, we look forward to what the rest of April has in store for us before we transition into May.
Only two anime releases this week and we start off with Anime Limited’s Evangelion 1.11 Collectors Edition which comes to Blu-ray and DVD combo pack. This edition of Evangelion 1.11 features not only a gorgeous collector’s packaging but also includes art cards and a 28-page booklet.
The second anime release of the week is Shimoneta Collection which comes to both Blu-ray and DVD courtesy of Funimation. We plan to have a review for Shimoneta Collection going live very soon so be sure to keep an eye out for that.
A very small handful of manga releases this week including Fairy Tail: Fairy Girls, Immortal Hounds and Missions of Love.
Lastly, there are a couple of games of note coming out this week, firstly PSYCHO-PASS: Mandatory Happiness heads to Steam from NIS America. Square Enix’s Dragon Quest Heroes II comes to PlayStation 4 and Puyo Puyo Tetris arrives on both PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch from SEGA and Deep Silver. Look out for our review of Puyo Puyo Tetris on Nintendo Switch which will go live later this week.
