It’s the final stretch before MCM London Comic Con followed by Halloween and with that the end of the month. While the month of October may be coming to a close there’s still a large selection of both anime and manga to see release. If you’re attending MCM London Comic Con you may be lucky enough to see some titles released early as is usually the case, for now though let’s take a look at what’s to come in retail this week.
Girls und Panzer fans rejoice as MVM Entertainment are set to release Girls und Panzer der Film on Blu-ray and DVD from today. Elsewhere Manga Entertainment bring us more Yu-Gi-Oh! with Yu-Gi-Oh! Zexal Season 2 Complete Collection on DVD. Lastly, and most exciting is the home video release of In This Corner Of The World which comes to standard edition DVD, Blu-ray & DVD Double Play and a Collector’s Edition Blu-ray & DVD Double Play set. If you missed out on the theatrical run of In This Corner Of The World then we highly recommend giving this beautifully powerful movie a go.
Manga of note this week include a couple of titles that have recently received anime adaptations such as Land of the Lustrous, Love and Lies, Aho-Girl and plenty more titles available.
