With E3 2017 now in the rear view mirror and only weeks away from the Summer 2017 anime season we take a look at what anime, manga and games are coming to retail this week.
Manga Entertainment begins the week with their release of Amagi Brilliant Park Season 1 Deluxe Edition Collection Blu-ray and DVD combo pack which comes housed in a rigid collector’s box and plastic O-card and features a bonus poster. MVM Entertainment round off the Little Busters series with the release of the Little Busters EX OVA Collection which is available on Blu-ray and DVD, you can read our review here.
All the Anime release Sunao Katabuchi’s (In This Corner of the World, Black Lagoon) Mai Mai Miracle as a Blu-ray and DVD combo pack. Note that this is a standard edition release only. And lastly, Funimation release Assassination Classroom Season 2 Part 1 as both a Collector’s Edition Blu-ray and standard edition DVD. Noragami Aragoto Collection also comes to Collector’s Edition Blu-ray and standard edition DVD.
This week has seen a number of manga releases being delayed until next month so as it stands it’s not as packed a week as originally expected. There’s still a good few releases to be had though including the likes of Blame!, Inuyashiki and xxxHolic Rei to name a few.
NIS America continues to provide all our Japanese gaming needs with the release of Danganronpa Another Episode: Ultra Despair Girls on PlayStation 4 and RPG Maker Fes for Nintendo 3DS.
