A new original anime from the Nitro+ team is in the works called Aldnoah Zero, written by Gen Urobuchi (Fate/Zero, Mahou Shoujo Madoka★Magica, Psycho-Pass and Kamen Rider Gaim) and being directed by Ei Aoki (Fate/Zero, Ga-Rei: Zero, Kara no Kyoukai 1: Fukan Fuukei). The anime will be produced by A-1 Pictures and TROYCA.
Without much else to go on other than the image on the website we can assume that another mecha anime in the same vein of Suisei no Gargantia maybe the theme of this work. The main cast is still to be announced but with a tagline that reads, “Let justice be done. Though the heavens fall.” and the team of Gen Urobuchi and Ei Aoki you can expect another hit anime.
