The September issue of Dengeki G’s Magazine announced an original anime called “YuukiYuuna wa Yuusha de Aru” which will be airing on MBS this October.
The series takes placein the year 300, the era of the gods. The protagonist Yuuna Yuukilives an ordinary life as a second year middle school student.However, she is a member of the Hero Club, where club activitiesinvolve confronting a mysterious being called “Vertex.”
Animated by StudioGokumi , the director of this new series is Seiji Kishi , whosedirecting career encompassed well-renowned anime such as Angel Beats , Danganronpa , and Persona 4 , while the series planning isdone by Takahiro , the author of manga series Akame ga Kill! .
