The Legend of Zelda series producer, Eiji Aonuma, announced via a video package that the sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild will be delayed from 2022 to Spring 2023.
In order to make this game’s experience something special, the entire development team is continuing to work diligently on this game, so please wait a while longer.

The news of the delay has been very well received, largely due to the upfront honesty that is being displayed by Nintendo. That’s not all to the video, however, as fans are already picking out the details of the gameplay shown. Regardless of the delay, fans look set to receive something special with the sequel to The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild.
