If like me you spent your last couple of days being bombarded by advertisements about Black Friday then you’re probably waking up today with a little less in your wallet than you’d like. Not to mention that today is Cyber Monday another equally advertisement heavy US tradition that we have adopted in recent years. Regardless, its the beginning of a new week and that means checking out whats coming to retail this week.
All the Anime lead the charge this week with the release of Durarara!!X2 Ten which comes in the form of a Collector’s Edition Blu-ray set and a Standard Edition DVD. Elsewhere Funimation brings us Fairy Tail Part 20 on DVD and MVM Entertainment treat us to a Log Horizon Season 1 & 2 Collector’s Edition which is available on Blu-ray.
Manga Entertainment keeps the Dragon Ball Z movie train moving with the release of Dragon Ball Z Movie Collection Two: The Tree of Might/Lord Slug which is available as a Blu-ray and DVD Double Play set. Lastly, we see the release of Naruto Shippuden Box 30 on DVD.
There’s a good range of both digital and physical manga due for release this week including the debut of ACCA 13 and Wake Up, Sleeping Beauty plus many more titles. Light Novels sees a bit of a digital catch up this week but also the release of Nekomonogatari (Black) which is sure to have the Monogatari series fans excited.
