This is our last “Out This Week” for the month of February and wow what a month it has been! The New Year generally brings a slump in the way of anime releases following the busy Christmas period. That would be true except this Christmas just gone saw wave after wave of delays and it looks like we’re steadily working through them, let’s hope this continues into March.
Funimation finally manages to get out some of their long-delayed titles this week in Absolute Duo Collection and No-Rin Collection both are available as a Blu-ray and DVD combi pack.
Love, Chunibyo & Other Delusions! Heart Throb comes to Blu-ray and DVD under the Manga Entertainment label, an interesting move as the first season was an Animatsu Entertainment title. MVM Entertainment continues to provide us with more Monogatari series with Owarimonogatari Part 1 on Blu-ray and DVD.
A modest and mixed selection of manga on offer this week with titles such as Anne Happy, Kiss Him, Not Me and Persona 4 coming to retail.
A big week for gamers especially those looking forward to the release of the Nintendo Switch. Friday 3rd March is the big day and along with the console, there’s a good selection of games to grab none more so important than The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild which is also available for Nintendo Wii U.
